|Job ID 70466|Posted May 30, 2025We're seeking a dynamic Cybersecurity Senior Project Manager to lead and direct project teams, ensuring successful project execution and alignment with business goals. This is a remote position with a 7-month duration, offering an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact.
Responsibilities
- Lead project teams to achieve deliverables within cost, schedule, and scope commitments.
- Proactively assess and manage project risks, issues, and interdependencies across the enterprise.
- Develop effective mitigation strategies and resolve conflicts as needed.
- Maintain regular communication with executive sponsors and stakeholders to ensure a shared vision and transparent project status.
- Define project approaches, timelines, and deliverables to meet desired outcomes.
- Establish governance functions in line with enterprise policies on behalf of the executive sponsor.
- Control project costs and report budget variances accurately.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, work plans, and deliverables adhering to PMO methodologies.
Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
- 8-12 years of project management experience in a large, multi-unit organization.
- Proven ability to lead complex projects and coordinate teams across various locations and time zones.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Empathy and adaptability to interact effectively with diverse temperaments and personalities.
Preferred Skills
- Master's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM) projects.
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP, SAFE, CSM).
- Experience managing large-scale, global implementations.
