We're seeking a dynamic Cybersecurity Senior Project Manager to lead and direct project teams, ensuring successful project execution and alignment with business goals. This is a remote position with a 7-month duration, offering an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams to achieve deliverables within cost, schedule, and scope commitments.
• Proactively assess and manage project risks, issues, and interdependencies across the enterprise.
• Develop effective mitigation strategies and resolve conflicts as needed.
• Maintain regular communication with executive sponsors and stakeholders to ensure a shared vision and transparent project status.
• Define project approaches, timelines, and deliverables to meet desired outcomes.
• Establish governance functions in line with enterprise policies on behalf of the executive sponsor.
• Control project costs and report budget variances accurately.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, work plans, and deliverables adhering to PMO methodologies.

Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• 8-12 years of project management experience in a large, multi-unit organization.
• Proven ability to lead complex projects and coordinate teams across various locations and time zones.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Empathy and adaptability to interact effectively with diverse temperaments and personalities.

Preferred Skills

• Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM) projects.
• Project management certification (e.g., PMP, SAFE, CSM).
• Experience managing large-scale, global implementations.
