Responsibilities

• Lead comprehensive management of campaign concepting for both new and existing products.
• Develop and evolve creative concepts into actionable timelines and deliverables for global deployment.
• Oversee the approval process for concepts, storyboards, and assets, ensuring alignment with regional needs.
• Manage interdisciplinary teams, keeping projects on track with clear plans and status reports.
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings, effectively presenting creative work and tracking progress.

Skills

• Minimum of 4 years in project management within a creative team or agency setting.
• Strong partnership skills with creative and internal stakeholders.
• Proactive problem-solving abilities and a positive approach to challenges.
• Experience with project management tools like Wrike, Float, or Monday.
• Natural leadership and excellent communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with digital and social creative projects.
• Comfortable presenting creative work to senior leadership.
• Flexibility and adaptability in ambiguous situations.
• Experience as the primary contact for internal or external clients.
