JOB DESCRIPTION

Join a dynamic team as a Site Reliability Engineer, where you'll be at the forefront of cloud and big data technology, driving innovation and ensuring the reliability of critical applications.

Responsibilities

  • Optimize and manage data streaming and API components across various platforms.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to enhance application response times.
  • Automate testing, deployment, and delivery processes to ensure seamless production.
  • Develop integrations with third-party tools and manage application performance.
  • Create and manage CI/CD pipelines for deploying application artifacts.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot platform performance, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
  • Collaborate with security architects to implement robust data security measures.
  • Design elastic infrastructure solutions to handle varying user traffic.
  • Work with teams to develop backup strategies for critical data and applications.

Skills

  • Proficiency in managing cloud platforms, particularly AWS.
  • Experience with automation tools like Terraform, Ansible, and scripting languages.
  • Strong understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD tools.
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex issues in both on-premise and cloud environments.
  • Experience in application development and data streaming.

Preferred Skills

  • Deep knowledge of AWS operations and cloud infrastructure.
  • Familiarity with Linux OS, virtualization platforms, and network management.
  • Experience in software release management and end-to-end system operations.
