JOB DESCRIPTION

Join our dynamic team as a UI/UX Web Design Lead, where you'll play a pivotal role in crafting visually stunning and engaging digital experiences. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic design solutions and enhance our web presence.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and user experience strategy for our website, ensuring consistency and brand alignment.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive design system to support scalable web design frameworks.
  • Create visually engaging and responsive web pages that enhance user experience.
  • Collaborate closely with developers to ensure seamless integration of designs into code.
  • Conduct user testing and A/B testing to refine and improve web interactions.
  • Provide strategic UX/UI guidance to junior designers and team members.

Skills

  • Proven expertise in web design and UX/UI with a strong portfolio of responsive designs.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color, and layout.
  • Exceptional communication skills for effective cross-functional collaboration.
  • Basic front-end skills including HTML, CSS, and light JavaScript.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with corporate websites and familiarity with financial services.
  • Knowledge of analytics tools like Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.
  • Ability to create light animations or interactive elements.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
