JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a dedicated Jr. IT Analyst to join our team, where you will play a crucial role in supporting our IT infrastructure. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and contribute to a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support for desktops, laptops, servers, printers, and network infrastructure.
  • Configure, deploy, and maintain IT equipment and software.
  • Manage and resolve IT service management tickets in accordance with service level agreements.
  • Assist with network troubleshooting and VoIP phone support.
  • Participate in required training and compliance activities.
  • Maintain dashboard expectations for IT metrics and system vulnerabilities.

Skills

  • High school diploma with a minimum of 5 years of IT experience.
  • Proficiency in supporting Microsoft Windows Server OS and various hardware components.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for network and IT infrastructure issues.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Microsoft Office 365 and Microsoft Teams.
  • Familiarity with IT service management tools.
  • Knowledge of Ethernet, Wireless, LAN/WAN, firewalls, routers, and switches.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
