JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain scalable Python applications tailored to cloud environments.
  • Implement and manage infrastructure using Terraform to ensure robust and efficient operations.
  • Create and optimize Bash scripts for automation and deployment processes.
  • Utilize Google Cloud Platform services to design and manage cloud-native applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.
  • Identify and implement best practices for continuous improvement.
  • Resolve issues across various environments, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in cloud and automation technologies.

Skills

  • Expertise in Python for scripting and backend development.
  • Proven experience with Google Cloud Platform services.
  • Hands-on experience with Terraform for infrastructure management.
  • Strong proficiency in Bash scripting for automation tasks.
  • Quick learner with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Excellent problem-solving capabilities in a fast-paced setting.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions.
  • Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization.
  • Understanding of DevOps principles and cloud-native architectures.
  • Experience with monitoring tools such as Stackdriver, Prometheus, or Grafana.
