JOB DESCRIPTION

Join a dynamic team as a Master Data Analyst where you'll play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of customer data. This position offers an opportunity to collaborate with multiple departments to ensure data accuracy and support strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and maintain CRM store master data for accuracy and completeness.
  • Lead data integration projects and collaborate with IT for system enhancements.
  • Utilize tools like SAP, SharePoint, and Alteryx for data analysis and updates.
  • Develop and enforce data governance standards with internal stakeholders.
  • Track and report data quality metrics to ensure CRM data integrity.
  • Onboard new store chains and ensure accurate data mapping.
  • Recommend effective reporting solutions for sales and pricing data analysis.
  • Identify and implement enhancements to drive efficiency and reduce redundancy.
  • Support Retailer M&A activities for seamless data integration.
  • Deliver training on CRM tools and data quality standards to business users.
  • Coordinate tasks for Customer Master Data creation and maintenance.
  • Conduct audits and resolve data integrity issues with integrated solutions.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for master data processes.
  • Ensure data readiness for product launches and business initiatives.
