JOB DESCRIPTION

Join our dynamic team as a Scrum Master, where you'll lead agile development efforts in the Virtual Care and Telehealth space. This role offers the opportunity to innovate and deliver patient-centric digital health solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to ensure team alignment and progress.
  • Act as a servant-leader to agile teams, fostering a collaborative environment for telehealth platform development.
  • Support product owners in refining and maintaining a clear product backlog.
  • Mentor teams on agile practices, promoting continuous improvement and agile maturity.
  • Identify and resolve obstacles impacting team productivity.
  • Track and report on key performance metrics like velocity and sprint progress.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure project alignment and timely delivery.
  • Advocate for agile principles while adapting to healthcare technology requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with privacy and regulatory standards.

Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science or Healthcare Administration.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent agile certification.
  • Over five years of experience as a Scrum Master, ideally within digital health or telehealth.
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies and frameworks.
  • Experience with remote and cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in tools like Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
  • Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with virtual care or telemedicine platforms.
  • Knowledge of healthcare compliance standards.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Understanding of healthcare workflows and patient engagement platforms.
