JOB DESCRIPTION

Join our dynamic team as a Virtual Care Product Owner and lead the charge in transforming healthcare through innovative telehealth solutions. This role is perfect for a motivated individual with a strong background in healthcare IT and a passion for enhancing digital patient experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and refinement of virtual care and telehealth initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
  • Act as a bridge between stakeholders and the development team to gather and prioritize requirements.
  • Create user stories and business rules to support agile development cycles.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI teams to ensure user-friendly telehealth solutions.
  • Monitor product performance, gather feedback, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and support go-to-market strategies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in virtual health.

Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
  • Extensive experience in product ownership, business analysis, or a similar role in healthcare IT.
  • Proficiency with Agile methodologies and product management tools.
  • Strong understanding of telehealth platforms and healthcare data privacy regulations.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent Agile certification.
  • Experience with healthcare interoperability standards and virtual health services.
  • Familiarity with patient engagement technologies and remote patient monitoring.
