|Job ID 70416|Posted May 26, 2025Join our dynamic team as a Senior Project Manager, where you'll lead large-scale projects and drive successful outcomes in a collaborative environment. We are seeking a strategic thinker with a strong financial background and proven leadership skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead project planning efforts, defining deliverables and setting timelines to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
- Manage cross-functional teams, including employees, contractors, and vendors, across various locations.
- Identify risks and implement effective mitigation strategies to overcome project challenges.
- Communicate project status and priorities to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Oversee financial forecasting, tracking actuals, and explaining variances to maintain project budget integrity.
- Drive project activities and facilitate resolutions, escalating issues as necessary.
Skills
- Extensive project management experience with a history of managing budgets of $5M or greater.
- Strong background in software implementation and vendor management, including RFP processes and SOW creation.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to lead meetings and workshops effectively.
- Proven ability to manage change in projects impacting large user groups.
- Experience in financial control and accrual-based accounting.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
- Background in utility and GIS projects.
