JOB DESCRIPTION

Join a dynamic team as a Digital Product Manager, where you'll lead the strategy and lifecycle for cutting-edge digital control equipment. This role offers the chance to innovate and collaborate across teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and drive product strategy to engage and inform prospects, customers, and partners.
  • Manage the complete product lifecycle from launch through end-of-life.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure seamless product development and implementation.
  • Translate customer needs into secure, end-to-end digital solutions.
  • Facilitate requirements process and prioritize product features.
  • Interact with customers to assist in the digital sales process.

Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree with substantial professional experience or MBA with relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and visualization techniques.
  • Proven experience in leading IIoT, PLC, or control platforms through all lifecycle phases.
  • Strong communication skills to motivate and inspire teams.

Preferred Skills

  • Previous experience in digital product management.
  • Background in engineering or computer science.
  • Experience with software development of embedded software equipment.
  • Project management and business analysis skills.
  • Understanding of agile methodologies and software development lifecycle.

This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
