|Job ID 70412|Posted May 26, 2025Join us as a TPRM Tool Implementation Specialist where you'll lead the charge in developing and implementing a crucial risk management tool. This temporary role offers you the chance to make a significant impact by ensuring third-party risks are managed effectively and in alignment with regulatory standards.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and communicate with internal stakeholders and vendors to align objectives and report progress.
- Document processes, procedures, and user guides related to TPRM and supporting technology.
- Develop and oversee TPRM processes, ensuring optimal tool configuration and integration.
- Drive data migration and integration, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
- Lead user testing efforts, including developing test plans and troubleshooting issues.
- Conduct training sessions and ensure effective knowledge transfer for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with IT and vendor teams to resolve technical issues and maintain system integrity.
- Submit a final project report summarizing achievements and providing recommendations.
Skills
- Proven experience with TPRM tools, particularly ProcessUnity.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Excellent documentation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and effectively collaborate across teams.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Coupa’s Source to Contract module.
