Join our dynamic team as an HR Project Manager where you'll lead impactful initiatives, including a manager training program and a new Learning Experience Platform. This role is perfect for someone who excels in complex environments and can turn strategy into successful execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead the rollout of a manager training program, coordinating with various departments and external vendors to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
• Manage project plans, schedules, and stakeholder communications to maintain alignment and track progress.
• Oversee the implementation of a modern Learning Experience Platform, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and successful user adoption.
• Collaborate with IT, procurement, and HR tech teams to stay on scope, budget, and schedule.
• Drive operational excellence by tracking milestones, budgets, and quality across global teams.

Skills

• Extensive experience in project or program management, particularly in HR or related fields.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders and moving parts.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills to keep projects on track and teams aligned.
• Comfortable working with vendors, digital platforms, and enterprise systems.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with learning platforms, LXP/LMS tools, or digital HR tech implementation.
