Responsibilities
- Lead the rollout of a manager training program, coordinating with various departments and external vendors to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
- Manage project plans, schedules, and stakeholder communications to maintain alignment and track progress.
- Oversee the implementation of a modern Learning Experience Platform, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and successful user adoption.
- Collaborate with IT, procurement, and HR tech teams to stay on scope, budget, and schedule.
- Drive operational excellence by tracking milestones, budgets, and quality across global teams.
Skills
- Extensive experience in project or program management, particularly in HR or related fields.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders and moving parts.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills to keep projects on track and teams aligned.
- Comfortable working with vendors, digital platforms, and enterprise systems.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with learning platforms, LXP/LMS tools, or digital HR tech implementation.
