Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to document system requirements for backend components or IoT applications.
- Engage in new product development alongside hardware, software, and subject matter experts.
- Design, develop, and test IoT systems involving edge devices and gateways.
- Stay updated with the latest technological advancements to drive innovation.
Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of software development experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in C or C++ for embedded firmware development.
- Familiarity with embedded RTOS or bare-metal development.
- Experience with ESP32 WIFI module and Azure IoT integration.
- Knowledge of serial communication protocols like UART, SPI, and I2C.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in Embedded Firmware Platform and Board Support Package development.
- Proficiency in areas such as bootstrap loader, embedded file systems, and system controls.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
