JOB DESCRIPTION

Join our dynamic team as an IT Service Management Engineer, where you'll play a pivotal role in optimizing service delivery and operational efficiency through innovative ITSM solutions. We're looking for a driven professional ready to make a significant impact in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Configure and automate ITSM tools and workflows to enhance service delivery.
  • Design and implement ITSM solutions tailored to organizational needs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop innovative solutions and optimize workflows.
  • Develop integration requirements for ITSM platforms and other enterprise systems.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement.
  • Provide occasional after-hours support and participate in on-call rotations.

Skills

  • Experience with ITSM tools such as Team Dynamix, Jira, or ServiceNow.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse groups, including business stakeholders and leadership.
  • Proficiency in workflow automation and process improvement techniques.
  • Experience in mentoring and guiding team members.
  • Familiarity with cloud computing technologies.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Resilience in overcoming challenges and setbacks.
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.

Preferred Skills and Experiences

  • Experience with migrating ITSM solutions or software.
  • Understanding of ITSM processes within a product-led organization.
  • Experience with cloud-based ITSM solutions.
  • Knowledge in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and automation.
  • Comfortable interacting with business and stakeholders.
