Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of long-term procurement strategies and performance management initiatives.
- Oversee the deployment of advanced procurement technologies and collaborate with IT and other stakeholders to optimize systems and processes.
- Manage procurement operations and compliance reporting to ensure high standards of service and support for end-users.
- Drive continuous improvement in procurement processes, skills, and team engagement.
- Partner with teams on ESG initiatives to achieve responsible sourcing goals.
- Provide governance over procurement processes and policies to enhance harmonization and compliance.
Skills
- Proven experience in implementing technology roadmaps within procurement organizations.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and guide teams towards achieving outstanding results.
- Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and navigating complex organizational environments.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with source-to-contract platforms such as Ariba.
- Familiarity with supplier lifecycle management, risk management, and contract lifecycle management.
- Knowledge of procurement data analytics and visualization tools like PowerBI and Cognos IBM.
