JOB DESCRIPTION

Join our dynamic team as a Sr. Test Engineer, where you'll lead a diverse global team in delivering top-notch performance testing for a variety of applications. With a focus on automation and engineering, you'll play a key role in enhancing quality and productivity while fostering an inclusive team culture.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a diverse team to deliver performance testing for multiple applications, including Web, Mobile, and APIs, both on-premises and in the cloud.
  • Improve quality and productivity through automation and engineering.
  • Optimize team strategies for performance testing.
  • Develop and execute master test plans, test cases, and schedules for various testing phases.
  • Conduct performance assessment, workload modeling, and requirement gathering.
  • Apply system thinking to drive end-to-end performance results in lower environments.
  • Create and execute optimization plans to innovate, shift-left, and close gaps.
  • Report testing goals and outcomes to leadership.
  • Train and educate teams on performance testing concepts and expectations.

Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with performance testing tools like Performance Center, LoadRunner, and JMeter.
  • Experience leading diverse teams in delivering performance testing strategies.
  • Intermediate understanding of cloud computing concepts.
  • Proficiency in error profiling tools and monitoring solutions like Dynatrace.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitLab.
  • Knowledge of AWS services such as AWS CodePipeline, CodeBuild, S3, and Cloud concepts.
  • Ability to create and document test plans, cases, and schedules.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively report testing goals and results to leadership.
  • Experience in developing and executing integration test plans and procedures.
