Senior Cloud Developer Opportunity

Are you a skilled Software Engineer with a passion for cloud development? We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Cloud Developer to join our dynamic team in Atlanta, GA. Responsibilities

  • Design and prototype innovative solutions to enhance our technical capabilities.
  • Develop and deploy robust Backend Spring Boot Rest APIs in an AWS environment.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new features.
  • Implement and maintain Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment pipelines for efficient software delivery.
  • Ensure high standards of code quality and security through the use of tools like SonarQube and Veracode.
  • Provide support and troubleshoot issues throughout the development and production phases.

Necessary Qualifications

  • 3-6 years of experience in software engineering or related fields.
  • Proficient in Java (11/17/21), J2EE, and Backend SpringBoot RestAPI development.
  • Strong experience with AWS and cloud-based infrastructures like Kubernetes/OpenShift.
  • Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and associated tools such as Gitlab CI and ArgoCD.
  • Expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like AWS CDK and CloudFormation Templates.
  • Competency in debugging infrastructure issues and maintaining service reliability.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of relational databases, SQL, and JDBC.
  • Commitment to secure coding practices and application of CI/CD processes.

Preferred Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
  • AWS Certification is a plus.
  • Experience in an airline technology environment is advantageous.
  • Ability to adapt to new and emerging technologies.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
