We are seeking a talented UX Designer to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to shape customer experiences for a multi-billion-dollar portfolio of global brands in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the design and build process, from research to high-fidelity design delivery.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and enhance user experience.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that align with brand strategy and user needs.
• Facilitate workshops and design sprints to explore problem spaces and identify user pain points.
• Communicate design rationale effectively to stakeholders and team members.
• Maintain a growth mindset, providing and receiving constructive feedback to improve design outcomes.

Skills

• 3 to 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design for web and mobile applications.
• Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions and interaction design skills.
• Proficiency in design tools and software for creating wireframes and prototypes.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to advocate for design decisions.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and respect for evolving design processes.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in retail, e-commerce, or loyalty programs.
• Familiarity with design systems and mobile design patterns.
• Ability to synthesize feedback and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
