Join our team as an Associate Creative Director, where you'll lead visual design and experience strategy for a major client. This remote role offers the opportunity to collaborate with in-house and cross-functional teams to create innovative digital experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of visual design and experience strategy for a large client.
• Collaborate closely with client teams and internal design groups to enhance website design and marketing efforts.
• Act as a client-facing consultant, conducting market research and developing creative solutions.
• Deliver strong information architecture and user-centered design work.

Skills

• Proven background in visual design with a holistic approach to UX and product ecosystems.
• Confident in client interactions and strategic consulting.
• Experience in UX, content strategy, and digital experience design.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the convenient store industry is a plus.
• Background in agency work is beneficial.
