JOB DESCRIPTION

Join us as a Project Manager, leading exciting AEM projects with a dynamic team in a fully remote role. This position offers a unique opportunity to manage cross-functional teams and deliver high-quality digital solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the complete delivery process of AEM-based web projects, ensuring successful outcomes.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, clients, and external partners to achieve timely and high-quality project execution.
  • Facilitate agile processes, including sprint planning and retrospectives, to maintain project momentum.
  • Act as the main technical liaison between stakeholders and the delivery team, converting business needs into actionable plans.
  • Manage resource allocation and project milestones to align with scope and timelines.
  • Identify potential risks, propose solutions, and ensure smooth project execution.
  • Promote adherence to technical standards and best practices in AEM usage.
  • Support initiatives aimed at improving team efficiency and project scalability.

Skills

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in managing technical or digital project deliveries.
  • Proficiency in managing agile project delivery processes.
  • Strong track record in leading diverse teams and engaging with various project stakeholders.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with AEM-based projects.
  • Familiarity with life sciences or regulated digital content.

This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
