Responsibilities

• Identify and address friction points in the user journey to enhance usability and engagement.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive testing roadmap, including A/B and multivariate tests.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement site enhancements and improve user flow.
• Analyze user behavior data to uncover insights and inform optimization strategies.
• Communicate optimization outcomes effectively to stakeholders through compelling narratives.

Skills

• Proven experience in website optimization and digital experience management.
• Proficiency with web analytics platforms and A/B testing tools.
• Strong analytical skills and a hypothesis-driven mindset.
• Excellent communication skills to present insights clearly and persuasively.

Preferred Skills

• Experience collaborating with UX, content, and engineering teams.
• Advanced skills in synthesizing complex data into actionable insights.
• Familiarity with industry benchmarks and business objectives to inform optimization opportunities.
