JOB DESCRIPTION

Join our team as a Web Experience Strategy Manager, where you'll spearhead the development and execution of digital experiences that enhance audience engagement and optimize user journeys. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape digital strategies and lay the foundation for future success.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the creation of improved web customer experiences by analyzing user behavior and optimizing touchpoints.
  • Conduct stakeholder interviews to align business priorities and gather insights for website strategy and UX improvements.
  • Define strategic business requirements for website search and recommend solutions to enhance engagement and conversion.
  • Perform competitive assessments to identify industry best practices and opportunities for differentiation.
  • Collaborate with UX designers, product, and content teams to execute roadmap initiatives aligned with marketing objectives.
  • Manage landing page execution to ensure a seamless user experience that meets business goals.
  • Develop presentations to effectively convey project strategies and secure approvals.
  • Partner with analytics teams to define measurement plans and recommend iterative improvements for targeted KPIs.

Skills

  • Proven experience in web strategy, website management, or marketing with a focus on customer journey.
  • Hands-on expertise in developing digital experiences that drive user engagement and conversion rates.
  • Proficiency in behavioral analytical tools such as Google Analytics.
  • Strong background in stakeholder engagement and competitive analysis.
  • Ability to align teams, facilitate decision-making, and drive collaboration across departments.

Preferred Skills

  • Deep understanding of data-driven decision making and audience insights.
  • Experience with privacy regulations and measurement strategies.
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices and integrating digital channels.
