JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a dedicated Project Manager to lead and direct various projects within a dynamic environment. This role offers the opportunity to manage critical projects while collaborating with diverse teams to achieve successful outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage all aspects of multiple projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with project sponsors and stakeholders to define project scope and deliverables.
  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and processes to ensure successful execution.
  • Guide and monitor project teams, providing support and direction to achieve project goals.
  • Track project progress and report on status to management and stakeholders.
  • Facilitate regular meetings to drive project timelines and address any challenges.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain high-quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Skills

  • 7+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a regulated environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and motivate teams.
  • Proficient in project management tools and methodologies.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Familiarity with regulatory affairs and compliance processes.
  • Certification in project management is a plus.
  • Technical experience related to project management in a regulated field.
