JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. IT Project Lead to join our dynamic team. This remote position offers the opportunity to lead critical projects in cybersecurity and vulnerability management while working with a talented group of professionals.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement risk-based mitigation strategies for networks, operating systems, and applications.
  • Compile and track vulnerabilities, providing insights to quantify program effectiveness.
  • Create and maintain policies, procedures, and training related to vulnerability management.
  • Operate vulnerability scanning tools, including Nexpose and Tenable, to enhance security measures.
  • Analyze vulnerability data to identify trends and advise teams on remediation practices.
  • Engage with infrastructure and security partners to support application teams in their remediation efforts.
  • Provide leadership and guidance in project management, resource planning, and quality management.

Skills

  • Proven experience in vulnerability management and analysis.
  • Strong background in cybersecurity practices and principles.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead teams effectively.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with vulnerability scanning tools such as Qualys.
  • Knowledge of risk management frameworks and best practices.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal direction while sharing best practices.
