Responsibilities

• Manage and streamline data collection processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with engineering and logistics teams to enhance documentation availability.
• Lead projects aimed at optimizing compliance data collection methodologies.
• Engage with technical teams to update PLM and ERP tools with new data attributes.
• Conduct user acceptance testing and gather feedback for pre-production changes.
• Partner with third-party vendors to maintain up-to-date product documentation databases.

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with at least three years of related experience.
• Strong ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficiency in Advanced Excel, Agile, and Oracle applications.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with data collection, processing, and management.
• Familiarity with PLM and ERP tools like Agile and Oracle.
