Responsibilities
- Manage and streamline data collection processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Collaborate with engineering and logistics teams to enhance documentation availability.
- Lead projects aimed at optimizing compliance data collection methodologies.
- Engage with technical teams to update PLM and ERP tools with new data attributes.
- Conduct user acceptance testing and gather feedback for pre-production changes.
- Partner with third-party vendors to maintain up-to-date product documentation databases.
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with at least three years of related experience.
- Strong ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficiency in Advanced Excel, Agile, and Oracle applications.
Preferred Skills
- Hands-on experience with data collection, processing, and management.
- Familiarity with PLM and ERP tools like Agile and Oracle.
