JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities

  • Support the business team by analyzing and reporting on fraud and abuse metrics.
  • Develop both proactive and reactive systems to mitigate fraudulent activities.
  • Evaluate business processes and align them with customer needs and company goals.
  • Formulate strategies that align with overall business objectives.
  • Document user needs and program functions to propose effective business tactics.

Skills

  • Strong background in Tech, Finance, or Business Management.
  • Experience in business and data analysis.
  • Proficiency in cross-functional project management.
  • Excellent business communication skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in fraud investigation.
  • Familiarity with the Seattle area or willingness to relocate.
