Responsibilities

• Create and implement automation solutions to streamline processes
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in internally developed code, particularly in Python and Java
• Conduct in-depth technical analysis to address configuration challenges
• Enhance systems for better metric collection on configuration features
• Collaborate with development teams on delivery projects
• Update and improve existing software and document systems

Skills

• Proficiency in Python and Java programming
• 2-5 years of experience in software development engineering roles
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and maintain professionalism under pressure

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AWS, SQL, and UNIX/LINUX environments
• Background in computer science or a related technical field
