Responsibilities

• Collaborate with technology, enablement, product, and design teams to develop comprehensive plans and mobilize teams for successful project execution.
• Influence cross-functional project teams to achieve desired outcomes and deliverables, fostering problem-solving and driving timelines.
• Manage large, detailed projects, adapting to changing plans and deadlines while maintaining focus on project goals.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, proactively proposing solutions or facilitating discussions to drive resolutions.
• Oversee operational project elements, including budget and resource allocation, to ensure efficient project management.

Skills

• Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
• Strong collaboration and teamwork abilities, working seamlessly with internal employees and third-party partners.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly in public speaking, email communications, and presentations.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence at all organizational levels.

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency in digital tools and platforms, with a strong command of PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with Adobe Workfront is a valuable addition.
• Experience in strategic planning, project planning, and project management.
• Portfolio showcasing the ability to connect business strategy with technical implementation.
