JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a dynamic Project Manager to lead and coordinate multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. This role offers the opportunity to work both onsite and remotely, providing flexibility while managing key initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Define project scope and involve relevant stakeholders in the planning process.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, adjusting as necessary throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Track project progress and report on overall project health, escalating issues as needed.
  • Manage stakeholder communications and document necessary actions, such as meeting notes and status reports.
  • Identify and communicate project risks, ensuring proactive management.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and detailed project plans.

Skills

  • 5-7 years of experience in project management, preferably in an ecommerce or digital retail environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks effectively.
  • Excellent project and process management capabilities.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented mindset.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with project management software tools.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in ambiguous situations.
