|Job ID 70341|Posted May 20, 2025Join our team as a Business Analyst, where you'll play a pivotal role in enhancing business processes and driving efficiency. This remote 6+ month contract offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic team and make a significant impact on our operations.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document detailed business requirements and objectives.
- Design and propose technical and process solutions that align with business goals and improve operational efficiency.
- Utilize data analytics to evaluate processes, identify trends, and provide data-driven reports and recommendations.
- Serve as a liaison between IT teams and business stakeholders to ensure technology solutions meet business needs.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation of business processes, requirements, and solutions.
- Participate in testing and validating new systems and processes to ensure they meet business requirements.
- Manage financial aspects such as client billing and pharmacy payables.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to ongoing optimization efforts.
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field with 6+ years of relevant experience.
- Experience in the pharmacy benefit management (PBM) space.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
