Join a dynamic team as an Optimization & Strategy Lead, where you'll spearhead conversion strategies and experimentation initiatives to drive business growth. This fully remote role offers the opportunity to collaborate with diverse teams and influence product decisions with data-backed insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of conversion rate optimization strategies aligned with business goals and customer experience objectives.
• Design and implement A/B and multivariate testing programs, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure scalability and statistical validity.
• Utilize analytics tools to monitor performance, extract insights, and inform future product strategies.
• Facilitate workshops to generate ideas, prioritize tests, and align stakeholders on growth opportunities.
• Contribute to thought leadership, crafting content and presentations that highlight the value of CRO.

Skills

• Proven experience in conversion rate optimization and experimentation strategies.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Proficiency in using analytics and experimentation tools such as GA4, Hotjar, or similar.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills to influence stakeholders.
• Ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams effectively.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in digital customer journey optimization within various environments such as agencies or startups.
• Familiarity with web flow and additional analytics platforms.
• Background in developing thought leadership content and business outreach materials.
