Responsibilities

• Lead projects to successful completion, managing scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
• Develop and execute project roadmaps and strategies for effective delivery.
• Coordinate resource allocation to balance workloads and achieve project objectives.
• Communicate project status and manage stakeholder expectations effectively.
• Identify and manage project risks, taking corrective actions as needed.
• Foster collaboration between business, IT, and operations for improved performance.

Skills

• Strong program management skills with experience in IT and business impact projects.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement and team collaboration.
• Proven ability to think critically and manage risks proactively.
• Experience with various project management methodologies including Agile and Waterfall.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in pharmacy benefit management (PBM) or healthcare sectors.
• Proficiency in using Enterprise Project Portfolio Management (PPM) tools.
