JOB DESCRIPTION

Join our dynamic team as a Community Marketing Project Manager, where you'll lead Spanish-language initiatives that captivate and educate our community. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about connecting with diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the success of Spanish-language community programs, including Ambassador Program, Meetups, Guilds, and Creator Camp.
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns for holidays, events, and specialized programming.
  • Track and report on community marketing performance against key KPIs.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration across multiple business units to ensure alignment and success of initiatives.
  • Collaborate on the development of new programs that engage, excite, or educate our community.

Skills

  • Expert-level fluency in Spanish, both written and verbal, with the ability to handle nuanced conversations.
  • 4+ years of experience in account management, program management, or related fields.
  • Strong analytical skills with a knack for data-driven decision-making.
  • Proficiency in project tracking and KPI analysis.
  • Excellent relationship management skills with experience working with multiple stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

  • Professional relationships with creators, developers, or community members.
  • Experience with tools such as Airtable, Asana, Mode, and Salesforce.
