Responsibilities

• Develop and implement AI strategies to enhance actuarial business functions from inception through deployment.
• Collaborate with financial analysis, reporting, and software development teams to identify AI-driven opportunities for efficiency and productivity.
• Create and execute AI application roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer requirements.
• Design and test prototypes using advanced AI and machine learning technologies.
• Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams and stakeholders, ensuring seamless integration of AI solutions.
• Ensure compliance with established AI guidelines, data privacy, and security standards.
• Identify and implement process improvements in AI project management.

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, Data Science, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in AI and machine learning implementation in complex enterprise environments.
• Proficiency in deploying predictive and generative AI models, machine learning algorithms, and deep learning models.
• Strong written communication and analytical skills.
• Effective collaboration and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot and GitHub Copilot.
• Curious and analytical mindset with a passion for AI and problem-solving.
