JOB DESCRIPTION

Join a dynamic team as a Senior Business Analyst/Product Owner, where you'll lead the refinement of complex enterprise products and collaborate closely with software development teams. This role offers the chance to make an immediate impact while embracing Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the refinement and prioritization of product features to align with business goals.
  • Bridge the gap between product definition and software development through collaboration.
  • Mentor team members on Agile processes and norms.
  • Translate complex requirements into actionable features and user stories.
  • Promote strategies for incremental feature delivery.
  • Facilitate communication among cross-functional teams, including operations and tech services.
  • Stay updated with industry trends to enhance product strategy.
  • Model business processes and user flows to identify decision tree gaps.
  • Analyze data to inform decision-making processes.

Skills

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner in enterprise environments.
  • Proficiency with Agile methodologies and tools like Azure DevOps.
  • Strong technical knowledge and experience collaborating with development teams.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to mentor and influence others.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Expertise in promoting incremental feature delivery.
  • Detail-oriented with skills in modeling business processes and user flows.

Preferred Skills

  • Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM).
  • Experience in software development or technical roles.
  • Familiarity with various project management tools and methodologies.
  • Experience managing complex systems and tracking systems.
