Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and design user-friendly interfaces for mobile and web applications.
• Utilize contemporary design tools to create visual elements, including layouts, style guides, and prototypes.
• Engage in user research and usability testing to validate design concepts and improve user experience.
• Present design ideas and solutions to team members and stakeholders, ensuring alignment with project goals.
• Iterate on designs based on feedback and testing results, maintaining a focus on user-centered design principles.

Skills

• Proven experience in visual and interaction design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proficiency in design software such as Sketch, InVision, Adobe Creative Cloud, and HTML/CSS.
• Strong understanding of current digital design trends and best practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a positive attitude towards teamwork.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the banking or financial services sector is a plus.
• Familiarity with user research methodologies and usability testing techniques.
• Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and work in a fast-paced environment.
