Responsibilities

• Lead projects to successful completion by planning and managing scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
• Track project objectives and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Oversee resource allocation to balance team workloads and ensure task completion.
• Act as an escalation point for the project team and take corrective actions as needed.
• Communicate project status to stakeholders and maintain team morale.
• Develop project roadmaps and strategies to support execution and delivery.
• Ensure management of scope, task completion, decisions, issues, and risks.
• Manage organizational change and build partnerships across business, IT, and operations.

Skills

• 5+ years in a project management role supporintg a large enterprise initiative.
• Must have experience in Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) or healthcare industries.
• Strong understanding of core claims and adjudication and understanding of the full claims lifecycle
• Strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities with a focus on big-picture solutions.
• Proficient in problem-solving and knowing when to escalate issues appropriately.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience managing projects with both IT and business impacts, focusing on technology-enabled solutions.
• Ability to create and maintain detailed project plans and manage risks effectively.
