Responsibilities
- Lead projects to successful completion by planning and managing scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
- Track project objectives and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Oversee resource allocation to balance team workloads and ensure task completion.
- Act as an escalation point for the project team and take corrective actions as needed.
- Communicate project status to stakeholders and maintain team morale.
- Develop project roadmaps and strategies to support execution and delivery.
- Ensure management of scope, task completion, decisions, issues, and risks.
- Manage organizational change and build partnerships across business, IT, and operations.
Skills
- 5+ years in a project management role supporintg a large enterprise initiative.
- Must have experience in Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) or healthcare industries.
- Strong understanding of core claims and adjudication and understanding of the full claims lifecycle
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities with a focus on big-picture solutions.
- Proficient in problem-solving and knowing when to escalate issues appropriately.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience managing projects with both IT and business impacts, focusing on technology-enabled solutions.
- Ability to create and maintain detailed project plans and manage risks effectively.
