Responsibilities
- Lead the review process for content submitted, ensuring quality and engagement.
- Collaborate with content acquisition, operations, and tech teams to optimize content selection processes.
- Manage and improve standard operating procedures for content reviews.
- Utilize data-driven insights to recommend content strategies to leadership.
Skills
- Proven track record of customer-focused decision-making and attention to detail.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive process improvements.
Preferred Skills
- Passion for digital video and a keen interest in movies and TV shows.
