Responsibilities

• Lead the review process for content submitted, ensuring quality and engagement.
• Collaborate with content acquisition, operations, and tech teams to optimize content selection processes.
• Manage and improve standard operating procedures for content reviews.
• Utilize data-driven insights to recommend content strategies to leadership.

Skills

• Proven track record of customer-focused decision-making and attention to detail.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive process improvements.

Preferred Skills

• Passion for digital video and a keen interest in movies and TV shows.
• Experience in process improvement and a love for enhancing workflows.
