Responsibilities

• Collaborate with global marketing and portfolio teams to implement crucial marketing operations deliverables.
• Manage multiple initiatives, ensuring superior marketing solutions and service to customers.
• Assist in executing programs, handling inquiries, managing projects, and analyzing results.
• Support marketing and sales operations activities, including product database maintenance and marketing campaigns.
• Gather customer insights, competitive intelligence, and market trends to enhance marketing strategies.

Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in Sales & Marketing.
• Proficiency in marketing tools and processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Salesforce, Eloqua, Power BI, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• 1-2 years of experience in Marketing Operations or the Semiconductor/Electronics industry.
• Background in supporting or leading marketing contents, campaigns, and research.
