JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking an experienced Change Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in guiding our organization through transitions, ensuring that our teams are prepared and equipped to embrace change effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive change management plans, including stakeholder analysis and communication strategies.
  • Create and deliver key messages and supporting materials to facilitate smooth transitions.
  • Establish metrics to measure change impact and track progress, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Act as a change agent, promoting continuous improvement and fostering a culture of adaptability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and support throughout the change process.

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree; MBA or Master's degree preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in project or change management.
  • 5+ years of people management experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and consult effectively.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in management consulting or a project-based consultative role.
  • Knowledge of change management methodologies and frameworks.
  • Proven track record of driving effective change management programs across diverse teams.
  • Expertise in Payment Services and related technologies.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills, with a focus on business strategy.
