JOB DESCRIPTION

Join a dynamic team as a Cloud Engineer and play a pivotal role in transforming data platforms to cutting-edge cloud solutions. This position offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in Azure and data engineering to drive innovation and efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute cloud data strategies, focusing on migration and modernization.
  • Create secure, efficient, and scalable data pipelines using Azure technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data requirements into effective solutions.
  • Optimize and ensure data quality and integrity across cloud workflows.
  • Support automation efforts through CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

Skills

  • Strong experience in data engineering with Azure data services.
  • Proficiency in SQL and ETL/ELT processing.
  • Hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory, Synapse Analytics, and Azure SQL.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with strong analytical skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in financial services or risk domains.
  • Familiarity with modern data architectures and Azure governance tools.
  • Comfortable working in Agile environments with distributed teams.
