JOB DESCRIPTION

Join our dynamic team as an User Acceptance Testing specialist, where you'll lead User Acceptance Testing processes and collaborate on HR technology projects. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on HR systems, ensuring seamless integration and user satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Guide and oversee User Acceptance Testing for HR technology initiatives, ensuring thorough and effective testing.
  • Craft detailed test plans and scripts based on business needs and technical specifications.
  • Work closely with stakeholders, project managers, and developers to clarify requirements and validate test outcomes.
  • Facilitate UAT sessions, gather feedback, and communicate results to relevant parties.
  • Act as the bridge between HR, IT, and other departments to ensure smooth integration of HRMS functionalities.
  • Utilize HR systems for configuration, testing, and troubleshooting.
  • Document test results, track defects, and follow up on remediation efforts.
  • Provide training and support to users on new system features.
  • Participate in project meetings, offering insights and recommendations based on UAT findings.
  • Stay updated with HR technology trends to enhance system processes and user experiences.

Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Human Resources, or related field preferred.
  • Extensive experience in systems analysis with a focus on HRMS applications.
  • Proven track record in leading UAT processes and developing comprehensive test scripts.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and systems, including payroll and employee data management.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills for conveying complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with SQL and database management is a plus.
