JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a talented and motivated Full Stack Engineer with expertise in AWS Connect to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fully remote environment, contributing to the modernization of customer engagement platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain a scalable, cloud-native contact center platform using AWS Connect and related services.
  • Create clean, maintainable code in React for the frontend and Node.js/TypeScript for the backend within a microservices architecture.
  • Collaborate with enterprise architects, DevOps, and security teams to ensure high standards of reliability and performance.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and conduct root cause analysis to support ongoing platform stability.
  • Participate in code reviews and uphold best practices in enterprise engineering, including security and design patterns.
  • Translate complex business requirements into scalable technical implementations in partnership with product and UX teams.

Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 2–5 years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer in enterprise-scale environments.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS Connect, including contact flows and integrations.
  • Strong proficiency in React, Node.js, and TypeScript.
  • Deep understanding of cloud-native principles and experience with AWS services such as Lambda, S3, and DynamoDB.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset, especially in distributed teams.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and other container/orchestration tools.
  • Background in voice systems, IVRs, chatbots, or customer service platforms.
  • Understanding of enterprise compliance and secure development practices.
