Responsibilities
- Participate in the design and implementation of automation frameworks and test cases using Java, Selenium, and API technologies.
- Develop and test application components on an application server platform, ensuring integration with existing frameworks.
- Support various testing phases, including unit, functional, and performance testing.
- Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams within an Agile SCRUM framework to deliver product improvements.
- Drive innovation in quality engineering techniques and test automation technologies.
- Contribute to the development of comprehensive test coverage for complex systems.
Skills
- At least 10 years of experience in Java/J2EE distributed application development.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and database fundamentals, particularly with Oracle.
- Experience with Spring framework and understanding of AOP concepts.
- Proficiency in using Jenkins and Selenium for continuous testing.
- Excellent analytical and design skills, including requirements analysis and OO design patterns.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Behavior Driven Development (BDD) and Test Driven Development (TDD).
- Familiarity with cloud technologies and dynamic test environments.
- Knowledge of the financial services industry and related technologies.
- Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
