Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage requests from U.S. Customs through the AES Portal.
• Prepare and review documentation for U.S. entries, ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Serve as the primary liaison with Customs Brokers to facilitate smooth trade processes.
• Evaluate and oversee wire transfer requests with precision.
• Maintain meticulous recordkeeping in line with government export regulations.

Skills

• Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution.
• Minimum of five years of experience in Export Compliance within a corporate setting.
• Proficient understanding of Export Administration Regulations and OFAC regulations.
• Strong commitment to compliance and ethical standards.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to independently resolve issues and take proactive measures.

Preferred Skills

• Certification in Foreign Trade is advantageous.
• Experience with ERP-based global trade management systems like SAP-GTS.
• Background in Import Brokerage is beneficial.
