JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a dedicated Lead Robotic Process Automation Engineer to join our innovative team. This role offers the opportunity to lead automation projects that transform business processes and drive client success.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of RPA developers, providing guidance and support throughout project lifecycles.
  • Collaborate with clients to identify automation opportunities and develop tailored RPA solutions.
  • Design, develop, and maintain RPA bots using industry-leading tools.
  • Conduct end-to-end testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of RPA solutions to ensure quality standards.
  • Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to enhance team capabilities.
  • Document RPA solutions, processes, and user guides for clients.
  • Stay updated with the latest RPA trends and best practices.

Skills

  • Proven experience as an RPA developer, with at least 5 years in a senior or leadership role.
  • Strong expertise in RPA tools and technologies, such as Automation Anywhere and Power Automate.
  • Proficiency in programming languages like C#, Java, or Python.
  • Excellent critical thinking skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interactions.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with RESTful services, API Gateways, and Postman.
  • Familiarity with version control systems and agile development methodologies.
  • Understanding of Large Language models and Generative AI solutions.
