JOB DESCRIPTION

Join an innovative team dedicated to transforming healthcare through creative design and visual communication. As a Design Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing brand awareness and trust through impactful visual content.

Responsibilities

  • Create and edit high-quality video content for various platforms, ensuring alignment with brand standards and project goals.
  • Manage video production schedules, implement feedback, and ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • Utilize design tools to produce commercial artwork for internal and external programs.
  • Maintain expertise in visual identity guidelines and ensure accurate implementation in designs.

Skills

  • Proven experience in video editing and design with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse work.
  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Strong knowledge of video formats, codecs, and resolutions for various platforms.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in motion graphics, color grading, and audio editing.
  • Background in cinematography, video production, or camera operation.
  • Understanding of video accessibility requirements and social media engagement techniques.
