JOB DESCRIPTION

Are you passionate about optimizing sales processes and driving efficiency? Join our team as a Sales Operations Analyst and play a pivotal role in enhancing sales performance and supporting business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the sales team to streamline workflows and improve productivity from lead management to order fulfillment.
  • Maintain and optimize CRM systems to ensure accurate data and actionable reporting.
  • Analyze sales performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Support territory planning and quota allocation to ensure fair distribution and achievable targets.
  • Coordinate training and resources to empower the sales team for success.
  • Assist in accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and sales reporting.
  • Act as a liaison between sales, marketing, finance, and product teams to support sales strategies.
  • Ensure adherence to pricing, discounting, and sales operation policies.

Skills

  • Proven experience as a Sales Operations Analyst in the software technology industry.
  • Strong experience with Salesforce reporting and management.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to generate and interpret sales metrics.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with People AI or similar tools is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of sales forecasting and pipeline management.

This is not a guarantee of compensation, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
