Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the sales team to streamline workflows and improve productivity from lead management to order fulfillment.
- Maintain and optimize CRM systems to ensure accurate data and actionable reporting.
- Analyze sales performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Support territory planning and quota allocation to ensure fair distribution and achievable targets.
- Coordinate training and resources to empower the sales team for success.
- Assist in accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and sales reporting.
- Act as a liaison between sales, marketing, finance, and product teams to support sales strategies.
- Ensure adherence to pricing, discounting, and sales operation policies.
Skills
- Proven experience as a Sales Operations Analyst in the software technology industry.
- Strong experience with Salesforce reporting and management.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to generate and interpret sales metrics.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with People AI or similar tools is a plus.
- Strong understanding of sales forecasting and pipeline management.
