We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Sr. QA Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to high-quality software development and testing in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with development teams to ensure technical designs meet quality standards.
• Lead team planning activities and contribute to strategic planning initiatives.
• Develop and maintain automation tools, scripts, and tests to enhance testing efficiency.
• Conduct various testing types, including unit, functional, and performance testing.
• Utilize defect management tools to track and resolve issues effectively.
• Engage in continuous improvement of QA processes and methodologies.

Skills

• 7+ years of relevant professional experience in quality assurance.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and practices.
• Proficiency in test management and automation tools.
• Experience with various database tools and programming languages.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in retail pricing and point-of-sale systems.
• Familiarity with event-driven tools and architecture.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative in problem-solving.
• Strong team-oriented focus with a proactive approach.
