Responsibilities
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure technical designs meet quality standards.
- Lead team planning activities and contribute to strategic planning initiatives.
- Develop and maintain automation tools, scripts, and tests to enhance testing efficiency.
- Conduct various testing types, including unit, functional, and performance testing.
- Utilize defect management tools to track and resolve issues effectively.
- Engage in continuous improvement of QA processes and methodologies.
Skills
- 7+ years of relevant professional experience in quality assurance.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and practices.
- Proficiency in test management and automation tools.
- Experience with various database tools and programming languages.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in retail pricing and point-of-sale systems.
- Familiarity with event-driven tools and architecture.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative in problem-solving.
- Strong team-oriented focus with a proactive approach.
